Steps for Merchants

Are you a business who is frustrated with Scambook's unfair business practices?

Here are some steps you can take. For a more detailed explanation, check out my Scambook Review Video.

1. ) Call and email scambook.  - This won't do any good, but at least try. Email them and explain your desire to resolve consumer complaints without paying money. Explain why this is not fair to merchants.

2.) Contact the Illinois Attorney General - File a complaint with the Illinois AG.

3.) File complaint with Chicago BBB. - Keep the pressure on with the BBB. Here's Scambook's BBB Rating.

4.) Setup a complaint account and respond to the complaints on your own page. The only way you can respond to complaints on scambook (without paying) is to setup a consumer account and make comments on the complaints on your page. Check back often as they may be removed by Scambook support.

5) Contact your Congressman/Senator...

6.) Contact the media (consumer advocates).. Illinois and your own geographic area.  I think this step is very important. Seek out consumer advocates/reporters in your region, and in the Chicago area. Drop them a line and encourage them to investigate Scambook.

Also, search google news for recent news stories that mention scambook and comment on story, and email the reporter.

Please leave comments on this (and other websites). Let your voice be heard.
